The project was to create a product with two clues: the demographic 'silver hair nomads' and the product 'chocolate or sweets'.
The demographics travel, have money, recycle, collect, are demanding on quality, like art, are keen to discover new cultures and new tastes and like authenticity and quality over quantity. My objective was to create a chocolate that was unique, had notions of travelling and recycling, and had to stand out in shops to attract people to buy it.
I then decided to associate chocolate and art which were the main focuses of my demographics. Chocolart was born. I created a story were the brand would be helping locals in every country where the chocolate was going to be produced. The packaging will be designed by a local artist and the chocolate 100% made in the country. I chose Ecuador and decided to do a video to illustrate the creative process.
For the user: They are able to help both the country economically and culturally. They can collect designs from different artists and enjoy a taste of the country.
