I worked really closely on the brand with Anna, the owner of The Oatery. Instead of showing her different options to choose from, I took more of an Agile approach and took time to get where we both wanted to be. We sat down together and had a real conversation about what she wanted to convey with her brand. She wanted people to see the simplicity of being healthy by eating porridge as a meal. She was going to serve people in bowls and we decided that the food of her creations would be the colour palette. This is how the brand and logo took life and it was the most constructive project I have been working on.
The logo is simple, it can be stamped on any packaging and the food is bringing colour to the brand.
